We offer a full customer satisfaction guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get in touch with us with details of the technical error/problem faced with the product. In case of Tech error/problem not resolved/provided workaround solution, within next 10 working days of raising concern (concern to be raised within 7 days of purchase), You are eligible for a full refund. The refund, if required, will be processed within 1 month of confirmation of non-functionality/technical non-conformance of the product/service.

After the first 07-day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product / service in the first week after their purchase to ensure it runs as per the technical specifications of the product/module.
